Je propose des cours de soutien pour les étudiants en architecture qui souhaitent de l'aide en projet, pour les jurys ou tout au long de l'année. Les matières théoriques sont également dans mes cordes ainsi que la relecture de TFE. Par exemple : - Préparation d'un oral en béton pour convaincre le jury de façon claire et attrayante - Construction d'un projet solide, qui tient la route tout en valorisant l'originalité développée par l'étudiant - Aide au dessin, conseils pour des documents efficaces adaptés au projet - Aide au dessin informatique sur Autocad, Sketchup, Twinmotion, Archicad, ... - Conseils et tips qui font la différence - Aide pour les différentes matières théoriques (Philo, Socio, CAO, Topo, Structure, Histoire, ...) A propos de moi : je suis jeune architecte, diplômé de l'université de Liège en 2023 avec grande distinction. J'ai toujours soutenu les étudiants durant mes études, nottament grâce au monitorat du cours de projet et du cours de topographie. Aujourd'hui, je travaille dans un bureau d'architecture en province de Liège et réussis à allier passion, créativité, analyse et plaisir pour pratiquer ce beau métier truffé d'exigences.

Are you a student, architect, interior designer, or real estate agent? Or simply someone who would like to master photorealistic 3D renderings? I offer private lessons, both one-on-one and online, on Autodesk's 3ds Max software with the Corona rendering engine. Together, we'll explore how to best use 3ds Max for interior design projects. We will go through all the stages of modeling, starting with the assembly of the main "box", the import of the different objects and their modification if necessary, the adjustment of the lights and the cameras, to finish with the export of the renderings and the post-production on Photoshop. If you need help with a specific project, I can also help you optimize your scenes and render them faster and with better quality. I am available Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9am and 7pm and travel to Nyon and the surrounding area. C'est un outil que j’utilise au quotidien pour mes projets d’architecture, d’expositions et de création de meubles. En parallèle, je forme des étudiants à ce logiciel dans une école, et je réalise également des modélisations pour des particuliers. J'ai appris ce logiciel seule et je sais que cela demande beaucoup de temps. Sketchup est facile à prendre en main mais pour une utilisation optimale il faut avoir les bonnes bases. Je suis là pour vous donner des conseils et vous faire progresser rapidement.

My name is Anita, and I am an interdisciplinary neurodivergent artist. I combine traditional and unconventional teaching methods with an innovative approach, adapted to the fast-paced era we live in, where attention spans can be short. My teaching integrates principles of psychology to better understand each student’s unique needs and aspirations. My goal is to nurture visionary children who have strong foundational values and a humble sense of self. I believe that true artistic mastery comes from human excellence. Also, in this way, students develop true self-confidence by evaluating their success based on personal progress rather than comparing themselves to others. As a student at the National School of Architecture in Rabat, I obviously passed the ENA competition and I have helped hundreds of graduates to pass it too by guiding them and sharing with them tips, techniques and documents containing all the information they will need.
